For diver training, courses and certifications, we use the IANTD Member (International Association of Nitrox and Technical Divers) and SSI (Scuba Schools International) MySSI platforms. If you enroll in an IANTD or SSI course through OK Club, your personal information may be entered into the IANTD Member or MySSI system for purposes including:

IANTD and SSI may make this information available to authorized Training Centers, Instructors, and Service Centers involved in delivering your training or processing your certification.
For customer registration and bookings we use the ScubaCloud software platform that helps our diving center manage our day-to-day operations, including customer records.
Where third-party providers process personal information on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information and process it only for the purposes for which it was provided. Some providers act as independent data controllers for parts of their own services and process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies when using their services.

During dive trips, training courses, snorkeling excursions, and other activities, our staff may take photographs or videos of participants. These images may be used for operational purposes, to share with customers, or, with your permission where required, for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels.
Photographs and videos taken during your activity may be provided to you as part of the services we offer. We will not use identifiable photographs or videos for marketing or promotional purposes without an appropriate legal basis, such as your consent where required by applicable law.
